COORDINATOR KELLS PROJECT
Clann M?r Residential & Respite CLG is a community based Residential,
Respite and Outreach Support service, based in Co. Meath supporting
adults with intellectual disabilities to live in community-based home
or avail of breaks in the respite service. We currently provide
services in Navan, Ashbourne and Kells Co. Meath.
The role of the coordinator shall be to support the Service Manager
and Director of Services in managing the day to day running of the
proposed new community homes and the existing community home in Kells.
The role will involve frontline and management elements of support.
Administrative base will be between Navan and Kells. Once homes are
occupied the administrative base will be Kells.
PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL SPECIFICATION:
* Management /supervisory experience and qualification.
* RNID or other relevant nursing or healthcare level 7 or higher
qualification/s
* Experience in disability service provision and HIQA.
* Dynamic drive, ambition, motivation, and excellent work ethics
* Excellent Communication and IT Skills
* Must have a full Irish Driving Licence
